Peruvian drug smugglers are finding new and innovative ways to import drugs to the U.S. Just when you were getting your mouth ready for some holiday turkey.....
Police in Peru, acting off of a tip, stopped a bus and searched for possible cocaine hidden somewhere in the baggage area. They found a crate but it wasn't full of cocaine, but rather two turkeys. They noticed that the turkeys looked a bit bloated and when they lifted the feathers in the chest region and noticed a man made seam.
A veterinarian later removed 1.9 kilograms from one turkey and 2.9 kilograms from the other...roughly 11lbs.
So when you eat turkey this holiday season and you start "trippin" don't worry it's just the coke talking.

I'm starting to think you should have gone into the news industry! I'm the one with the journalism degree, but I don't hardly follow the news as much as you do! You ever thought about it?? :)
